Each item in our store has its own unique sizing, listed on the product page. Please measure yourself in the appropriate places and choose your size based on this information, rather than just buying the size you would normally wear.
Some sizes may correspond to your regular size but many of our products run small. All sizes given are in inches (rounded to the nearest inch), unless otherwise stated. Please allow for a difference of 1-3 cm due to manual measurements.
Take size labels with a grain of salt. What we consider a small size in one item could be a large in another. We use a variety of suppliers, and each follow their own guidelines. You are beautiful no matter what the tag in your bodysuit says!
Always follow the information given in the product description to choose the right size. And if your item doesn't fit, we will happily take it back (does not apply to custom printed products - read our full returns policy).

What are your delivery time estimates?
Generally speaking, shipping times are 2-6 weeks, depending on which items you have purchased and where you are located. Some products include a delivery time estimate, so be sure to check the product descriptions to get a better idea of how long a particular product may take to arrive. You can also visit our Shipping Policy page for full details on shipping costs and delivery times.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We want our customers to be happy, and we strive to get your order perfect the first time. But just in case we don't, refunds and exchanges are in accordance with our Refund Policy. Some of our products are custom printed. For those ones, unless there is a defect that is obviously a manufacturing error, we do not generally offer refunds, but we may give store credit. Definitely reach out to us if you have any issues with your order and we will work to get the situation resolved as best as we can! For all other products we offer refunds within 30 days of delivery, and in accordance with our Return Policy.
How long is the processing time before my order is shipped?
This also varies by item. Some items are shipped out straight away, but our custom printed items are definitely going to take a few days to a week to ship out. But you will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped! And we will keep you posted with any updates as needed.
Can i cancel my order?
Yes! For all products that are not custom printed, you have 24 hours to cancel or change your order. For all custom printed products, you can cancel or change your order within 6 hours of purchase. This time frame is tight because our orders generally go into production straight away, so we can get your products to you as fast as possible! Please note, if you make a purchase after 11pm PST, we cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will be received in time.
Which items are custom printed?
Our sherpa hoodies, athletic crop top, bodycon dresses, leggings, and yoga leggings are custom printed. That means it's made just for you when you order it. These items are non-refundable, unless there is an obvious manufacturing defect. Having said that, if you are really, really unhappy with your purchase, we want to make it right! So please send us an email or use our contact form to reach out and explain the issue (and lease include pictures!). We will work with you to figure out a solution. This may involve donating the item to a charity and receiving a partial store credit.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, Paypal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. If you are having any issue's with your payment, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can reach out to us on messenger via our Facebook page.
Can I apply a discount after my order is placed?
We cannot accept discounts after an order has been purchased. Please be sure to apply any discounts to your purchase before checkout. You will have the option to do this as you go through the checkout process.
Custom Duties, Fees, and Other Costs
Depending on where you live, you may incur extra fees when importing certain products into your country. We try to mark our items with the lowest possible costs for customs, so you don't have to pay more when you receive them. But sometimes it happens. These fees are not included in our costs, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to understand what fees they may be charged. Our products are manufactured all over the world. Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely! All products purchased will receive a tracking number. Sometimes you might receive an update to your order with the tracking number on the same day you purchased it, other times it may take 3-5 days before the tracking number gets to you. But you will always receive notifications on the progress of your order.
